DO NOT EVER CUT the artificial nails either with clippers or scissors. Not following this rule may cause the cracking of gel all over the artificial nail or even of the nail itself. If an artificial nail needs shortening, you can file it. If you want to change the colour, use a special artificial nail polish remover or a glycerin-based one. All acetone-based polish removers may cause an artificial nail to lift, and you definitely do not want this. You should not put your shoes on helping yourself with fingers. Use a shoehorn instead.

Filling – in other words adding gel onto the nails grown anew, is done between 3rd -4th week of wearing. However, it still depends on the nail growth different to each lady.
